Class Trip To Penang: Day 1
Bello! How are you doing? I just came back from my class trip last week. Twas a fun journey with them. A-level has ended. Here we went to the town of delicacies! After 15 months of hard work, we can finally enjoy ourselves without any second thoughts. No books or tests ahead. That feeling is great but it's only temporary. Who cares when holidays are waving at us? Just live while we are young!
Due to the common problem KTM is having, I decided to set off earlier from my place. Hahahaha I know it's a little bit early *hmm..not a little bit, it's super early* Anyway, I don't like being late. Being punctual is a virtue hahaha. I know some of you will call it as "kiasu" ( it's a Chinese dialect: Hokkien, basically used on people who has a strong desire to excel in everything, but I have to say I'm not the one) hahaha up to you, it does not offend me. I can finally meet up with my fellow friends after three weeks of holiday. Cheers! I was looking forward to this trip before A-level exam begin hehehe.
After we reached Penang, we settled our luggage at a guest house. It's a terrace house that can fit around 20 people in it. Then, here we go to Penang Hill and witness the sunset! We reached the peak by cabel car. Penang Hill has changed a lot. The last time I went there was 11 years ago. A lot has changed in this 11 years. (Of course it will change, your height also has changed right.)
We went down the hill before sunset. What a waste but our stomach were grumbling at that hour so we decided to go for dinner instead.
That's all for day 1. Stay tuned for day 2! I will be blogging about escape park, the highlight of this trip. Hope you enjoyed reading!

This is the entrance into Penang Hill. Nothing much changes on the outside.
At first I thought I have reached the peak when the cabel car came to a halt but it still has halfway up.
Peak at 700m+ above sea level. Can you imagine how high it is?
Wow! We have finally reached the peak! Can you see all the buildings beneath your feet? What a magnificient view. It's breathtaking indeed. At one moment, I felt I am nothing on the earth by looking down the city at this height. You can't even spot a walking human on the ground.
That skyline though. Beautiful sky we have on that evening. The sky and the sea are just a line apart.
Penang version of love lock bridge.
The high-pitched triplet. Wei Ling, Siew Yin and Ee Earn.
Just a random flower I spot on the way down. It's beautiful but I don't know the name of this species.

In case you are curious who songlynn is, tada on my left is songlynn!
We went down the hill before sunset. What a waste but our stomach were grumbling at that hour so we decided to go for dinner instead.
At night, we did some muscles exercise (Siew Yin loves this, I know). This was not in the plan. We followed Xin Jie blindly down to the basement without knowing what are we going to do until he said let's do some stretching. Oh no! Those painful memories hiding deep inside my brain was bubbling up in my mind. Totally the same as what I did in taekwando training. Ouch! Joyce was our coach on that night hehe. Joyce is really good in stretching. That's the only night you will hear groaning in the basement. No worries, it's not haunted hahaha. Those 'ouchs' and 'ahhhhhs' though. Sounds funny but did you know how much of pains were we feeling at that moment? Would like to have a try with the one next to you now? You will know what I mean hahahaha. Enjoy! :p After all the sufferings, we played a brain burning game, Mafia. If you have not been playing this before, you can have a try. It's an interesting game. I like it after my first play. Hahaha this is where your acting skills come to play in parts. ( So sorry, I'm weak at this. Often do I been pointed as the werewolf. I wasn't! Do I look like one? hahahhaha)
