1/10 Journey

Hi peeps! How are you doing recently? I just finished my first semester last week. 6 months have passed in a blink of an eye. Everybody says medicine is tough and now I totally understand what this sentence means. Though it's tough but it's my choice at the end. I will find my own way to survive in medical school for the upcoming 4.5 years. Hwaiting!

I know some of you having exam soon or just begin your semester 2. I know life is tough, life is stress but as long as all these can lead you to your final destination, it's all worth. Take all the challenges as obstacles to grow up. Stay strong and the storm will pass. You will see the rainbow soon :)

Yeah, I'm now enjoying my semester break haha! I just finished a Chinese drama, Eternal Love. It's a really good drama. You can watch if you have time. I rarely watch China drama because it's very long and majority are dubbed. I prefer listen to their own voice haha. But this one different, it's kind of fantasy and romance genre. I would use beautiful to describe this drama. Their graphics, their costumes are all beautiful. Frankly speaking, I'm a bit sick of drama haha. You know the emptiness after finished a drama? It's like please don't end and what should I do now haha. Maybe I was too into the drama.

Too many things happened in the past few months. Jean has left to New Zealand. Xj and wl has left to Australia. I went back to MCKL to pay a visit to my fellow lecturers. So many things have changed after we left. Quite many lecturers have left MCKL :( We shared so many stories together with our lecturers. Hahaha it was relaxing to joke and chat together as this was my first time talking to my lecturers in this way.

I'm longing for a long long holiday. That's all what I need. I need to recharge myself from all these stressful workloads. Sometimes I feel lifeless by just study everyday but if I don't do so, I will be suffering when professional exam coming. I do rather suffer now haha. Anyway life still moves on.

 My Physics and Chemistry lecturer. Missing Ms. Angeline, my Biology lecturer because she went back early oops.

'Why am I always the only girl?' Gonna miss this 'star star' and his IQ questions hahaha. And I want to thank our driver of the day, Ken Hoe! Thank you for fetching us to KLIA. I was a long journey but you still decided to fetch us to bid farewell to XJ. THANK YOU!!

Yo! How are you doing recently? Hope you doing fine. I'm back to update you what has happened to my life recently.  I have applied to Newcastle Malaysia a week ago and I got an interview invitation three days after I have sent the application form. My interview appointment is set on 17/3 (Today). I went from KL all the way down to Johor. It took me 4 hours to reach my destination. Newcastle is one of the universities located in the Edu City in Johor. Inside the Edu City, there are many more universities nearby such as University of Reading, University of Southampton and MMU. It's a beautiful place. You can see trees everywhere. When you sit in the cafeteria, you can feel the tranquil environment. From what I have observed, there are not many students cause I rarely see people walking around the campus. It's a good place for studying as it provides a quiet atmosphere. Taylor's Medical School Interview

I did realise my NuMed post has an increasing statistics views recently. And I am really glad that my experience can give you some help (hopefully it really helps haha). I am here to write about the interview that I have went through before I enter Taylor's Med School. There were 2 interviewers conducting my interview. Both of them are lecturers from School of Medicine. My questions are as below: 1. Why medicine? (as usual haha) 2. Why do you choose Taylor's? 3. What are the subjects that taught in MBBS? 4. Which system of the human body do you like the most? 5. Some basic biology questions. It was a short interview about 15 mins. The reason why I chose Taylor's is because they do offer scholarship for Med Students which rarely happen to other Medical Schools as you know Medicine Fees can cost you a house in Malaysia if you go for private institute. First Year of Med School

Hi peeps! It has been awhile. Just to update my current status cause I have too many things wanted to say. Too many things happened in between these few months and so this post will be a bit longer than normal haha. Just bear with me or you are free to close the window haha! After A-level, I seriously have no idea about what to do in my future. Though I have my own plan since long time ago, but some undesired things happened which led me to many question marks. I wish to pursue medicine after pre-u which is also one of my dreams. I have made my application to two of the universities and I got the offer but I withdrawn the offer at the end due to expensive tuition fees and unavailable of scholarships (yes, there are scholarships available for one or two top students for some unis but too bad, I am not that smart to receive that honour haha). *too many similar cases around me and I feel you* Yeah, at the beginning when I make my applications, I just wanted to try my luck and wish to ex...
