2nd Decade.

Here comes the end of the year again. 1 more week till the end of 2017. I can't believe time flies this fast. The pictures of us watching fireworks together last year were still fresh in my mind. Few more months later, I'm turning 21. I wish the time can stop here. I seriously don't want to grow up. You earn a lot while growing up but at the same time you lose a lot too. This is what is life I guess. Few more years later, more and more people going to start their internship and the time we can gather together is getting lesser and lesser. Hence, I really enjoy every moments we share together now.

My 20-year-old is a sparkling one. I have experienced many new things this year. It was the first time I played roller skating, the first time I played pool, the first road trip with my uni mates, the first time I can float on water without any assistance, the first time I received postcard from my friend, the first time I was successful in parallel park (credit to XJ :p) and many more little first times.

I was really really busy throughout the year. But when the time approaching the end of the year, I started to slow down my pace. I realized my life shouldn't be just spent on medical books. There're still many interesting and fun things to do in life. I have missed so many beautiful scenery along the way while I busy burying myself in the books. I don't really like this. Just suddenly some thoughts came into my mind and told me that I should enjoy my life. Life is short. Really short. Just do whatever you wish. I'm not saying that studying medicine is not what I wished for but it's not the first in my to-do list to be honest.

I am really grateful for the people I met this year. You'll taught me a lot. I sincerely appreciate those friends who spent your time to check on me despite your busy schedule. You know who you are ;)

I'm here to wish you guys an advanced Merry Christmas! Enjoy the happiest day of the year with your loved ones :)

Loves,
See Qing.
